The steel wire is noticeably thicker than my old shelves, and it locks onto the 1-inch poles with zero wobble. That 28-inch corner footprint fits my awkward kitchen nook perfectly, and the 1-inch height keeps it flush with my other tiers.
Just got this corner wire shelf set up, and the 28-inch size fits my existing unit perfectly. The steel wires feel hefty and solid, and the 1" diameter pole holes lined up exactly as they should.
The poles slide through the corner brackets exactly as they should, and that 1-inch height makes it sit flush against the wall without any wobble. I've loaded mine with heavy bins and the steel wires haven't bent a millimeter, which is more than I can say for my old wire rack.
