I was worried the extra shelf might wobble once loaded, but those eight screws make it rock-solid on the cart. The 1.35-inch thickness feels substantial, and it takes maybe ten minutes to swap in.

The shelf clicks into place without any wobble, and at 25.75 inches wide it's a perfect match for the cart's frame. Took me all of five minutes to screw it in, and now I've got a solid second tier for my tools instead of stacking everything on the bottom.

The 8 screws lined up perfectly with the pre-drilled holes on my cart, so the whole install took maybe five minutes. It's a solid 1.35-inch thick slab that doesn't wobble even when I stack it with heavy tools.
