I was nervous about the height adjustment being a hassle, but the manual knob makes it incredibly easy to switch between sitting and standing throughout the day. The solid walnut top is surprisingly sturdy and the 27.5" to 40" range fits my desk setup perfectly.

The walnut top is gorgeous and feels substantial, and raising it from 27.5" to 40" with that manual knob takes me maybe ten seconds. I’ve been using it as a standing desk for late-afternoon work, and the whole thing stays rock-solid even when I lean on it.
